What we cannot help with

We cannot help with anything concerning your own benefits, payments or tax file. We are not a government body, we have no access to anyone’s records, and we cannot check, chase, correct or apply for a payment on anyone’s behalf.

For those matters, contact Service Canada or the Canada Revenue Agency through the official channels on canada.ca. Please do not send us a Social Insurance Number, banking details or My Service Canada Account or CRA sign-in details. We do not need them and cannot use them.
